We have used Carpenter Heating and Cooling since we purchased our home in Venice in 2019. They are on time, keep us informed when it is time to service our air conditioner, and the work is done quickly and professionally. Today (Sunday) I noticed that the compressor wasn’t running and it was getting warm in the house. I called Scott at 6:30pm and left a voicemail stating we needed to have someone come out ASAP. Was thinking that we would see them Monday morning. Scott called me back at 6:50pm and told me he was in the area, he would come by in 15 minutes. Scott diagnosed the problem, fixed it, and we have cold air blowing again. Carpenter Heating and Cooling is the one to call if you want honest, quality service. Highly recommend this company.”

We had Carpenter heating and cooling install a replacement heating and cooling system roughly 3 years ago. I can't say enough about what a positive experience it has been. Their price was excellent and their inspection and service has been top notch. They also offer a superb warranty. When I was getting quotes on a system I asked one of the sales reps to recommend another company if I did not choose his company. Without hesitation he said Scott Carpenter and gave me his info. Most of their business is generated by word of mouth. Scott is a local that has grown up in Venice and has an impeccable reputation. Recently the outside fan motor on our AC stopped working. I called Carpenter and by 10 am Scott was at my door and had diagnosed the problem. By 1pm a service tech had a new motor installed. There was no service charge, or bill for parts or labor. They just fixed it. In closing I urge anyone to contact Carpenter for their Heating and Air Conditioning need. They are a no pressure company and will only sell you what you need”

Scott came in and diagnosed the problem and fixed it for us. Five years later, when we decided to upgrade all of our units, we knew who to call. Carpenter Cooling has always given us the best service and the most open and honest answers to any issues we've had. We now use them for our home and work AC's. Always prompt with our maintenance and if we have an issue. I would and do recommend them to anyone who wants fair pricing, honest answers, and great service.”

Carpenter Cooling was very responsive and always returned my phone calls and answered my questions. They came back several times (free of charge) to try and fix our old model, worn-out, leaky unit.
